This class 800 Forged carbon steel Gate Valve for heavy duty use is appropriate for the most challenging process apps. When the media is goes through it, minimum quantity of turbulence will flow and the pressure drop is very low. That’s why this gate valve is used in sectors where viscous fluid and fluid separation is needed.

The forged valve class 800 is designed for API602 and has an elevated stem outer screw and yolk. Dedicated for both flow directions isolation. Why use these gate valves? They are great for process liquids in pipelines.
These forged gate valves provide a favorable tight shutdown both in horizontal or vertical situation.
